An event for parents and children aged 3-8 year olds, involving face painting, storytelling, games and craft activities themed around Polish and Irish folklore and tales. The event has the capacity for 30 families to be involved, with a mixture of Polish, Irish and International communities being represented. A team of 10 volunteers will be present on the day coordinating this event (all adult volunteers are Garda Vetted and receive Child Protection training).

Materials and accessories: Paper cups or rolls of toilet paper
Paint (green, brown)
Green or brown pompoms
Moving eyelets for gluing
Tissue paper (yellow, orange, red)
Paintbrushes, paintbrushes, scissors, glue
Method of execution: We will paint the Roll on the green color and leave to dry then stick it to the larger green pompons. Stickers with eyes are glued with one side of the roll and the other side of the smaller green pompoms as nostrils. We will cut the paper to narrow strips and stick the paper strips inside the rollers from the nostrils.
