Polish and Irish Celebrity Chefs Damian Wawrzyniak and Andrew Rudd supported by Medley Head Chef Vincent Blake will introduce you to a fine fusion of Polish and Irish dishes.
About Medley
Medley is located in the heart of Dublin 2, beside the Westin Dublin Hotel. It has a ground floor and mezzanine with seating for up to 250 guests and standing for 350. This is a stunning private hire and event space, which is brilliantly versatile.
About Chef Damian
Award Winning Chef, Master Craftsman at Guild for Chefs UK has also experience in two Michelin Star, Worlds Best Restaurant, Noma in Copenhagen / Denmark he also was in charge of Champagne & Seafood Restaurant at Largest Food Operation in British History – London 2012 Olympics & Paralympics. Earned a Level 5 Bachelor of Management and Gastronomy degree. It was in Ireland, France, Germany, and United Kingdom where Damian received the majority of his culinary training. On 15th of March 2016, Chef Damian won hearts of over 3.6 million viewers at Mary Berry Easter Feast baking program published by BBC. Also you can see him occasionally on BBC Breakfast and major cooking shows across GB. Chef Damian is currently working on his new culinary book called “I am a Cook’ will be available in late Summer 2017.
About Andrew
Andrew Rudd is a discoverer of all things food. Andrew has turned a lifelong passion for food into a successful and expanding career, primarily providing cookery demonstrations, private catering and fine dining to food lovers nationwide. Andrew has had a fascination with food for over 20 years and has explored the culinary delights of many cities around the world. Andrew features regularly on television and radio, with a new TV show being broadcast from September to December 2015 on Swipe TV with RTE. He published his 1st cookbook in October 2015, entitled “Entertaining with Andrew Rudd” and is currently working on his 2nd book. In recent years, Andrew fronted a TV advertising campaign for Domino’s Pizza, and endorsement campaigns for many other household brands. Andrew is currently the Brand Ambassador for Estrella Damm.
